Our placement process is designed to find your “purple squirrel” by identifying top talent who seamlessly align with your organization’s unique culture and objectives. From initial candidate sourcing to final onboarding, we ensure a hands-on, streamlined approach that delivers an exceptional hire every time.
Week 1
Search Kick-Off & Client Discovery Meeting
Partner with the hiring manager and leadership team to develop a thorough Position Specification and to get a clear picture of the ideal candidate, factoring in the company culture, scope of the role, and Year 1 Objectives.
weeks 2-4
Candidate Development
Take the job to market, utilizing our expansive professional network and research tools to quickly identify a selection of quality candidates. We conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews, narrowing down the possibilities to those who closely match the ideal, then we write up full Candidate Profiles to deliver to the client.
Weeks 5-6
Client Interviews
Manage the entire scheduling process to ensure a smooth and expedient process. We sit in on the first interviews to better understand the chemistry and fit.
Weeks 7+
Search Completion & Offer Stage
Work with the client to ensure a seamless hiring process by relaying consistent feedback to both sides. We conduct reference checks on the final candidate and assist with negotiation through the acceptance of an offer.
